Friendly welcome and smiling staff, superb food, large room with great view over the river, comfortable bed, good shower, proper sized towels - relaxing uplifting environment. Better than being at home!!
Nothing - everything just as I like it.

A very warm and friendly welcome from all staff.Very chic and tasteful furnishings throughout the hotel. A lot of thought went into the decor and presentation. Beautiful room (no.11)overlooking the river.I am a vegetarian and requested a selection of vegetables for my main meal. I got exactly that a very tasty selection of fresh tasty veg.My husband had Fish menu which was excellent. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order with a good selection. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if ever in the area would definitely stay there again.

Great spacious, comfortable room with river view, central location to explore Northern Ireland. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Exceptionally good restaurant with attractive decor.
No lounge and the area around the bar and breakfast area rather dark and uninviting.
